An ode to our partners
Suppliers are the cornerstone of our kitchens. A dish is only as good as the ingredients that go into it after all. Take a peek at the stories from the people and produce that make us who we are.
¡Brindemos!
Looking for an authentic Spanish tapas restaurant? Step into a world of Spanish flavour, where the air buzzes with conversation and laughter, and where exquisite ingredients, warm hospitality, and good company await.
Christmas at Brindisa
Celebrate this festive season with us at Brindisa Tapas. Gather around the table for a dining experience that honours Spain’s tradition of sharing. Think platters of Jamón carved to order, glasses of cava raised high, and Christmas-inspired menus made for feasting together – the full spirit of Navidad Española, a true Spanish Christmas, brought to London. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering in a private dining room or a lively party with friends and colleagues, our specially curated dishes and event spaces will make your celebration unforgettable.
On the menu
Tear, dip, split, share and savour our classic tapas with a modern flare. Carefully sourced seasonal produce is combined with hand-selected Spanish ingredients to bring authentic flavours to the table: that is the essence of being Spanish by nature.
